Fire_ViewForSheets have several pre-set settings trying to have a unison layout for engineering sheets. One way of doing so is having the hatch visible through some categories in Revit, which always show on-top.
One of those are ramps, stairs (runs / landings) and railings. If the project using custom View template, this will help with layouts.
